In addition to street food, cooking workshops are back at the Gabrielle-Roy Library, offered free of charge by renowned culinary personalities.
Samuel Boisvert from Soif de Bouffe, winner of the third season of MasterChef Québec, will share his passion for food through an inspiring tasting conference. Olivier Graton, private chef, culinary content creator, and contestant on season 12 of Les Chefs!, will present his creative and approachable take on gastronomy. Maude Roy Carpentier, owner of Café et buvette Mila, will offer a gourmet experience that reflects her local, warm, and contemporary vision of cuisine.
The activity is free, but advance reservation is required. The reservation link will be available starting August 11 at 12 p.m.
