Belgian artist Lou K moves between painting, poetry, and music, drawing inspiration from the country’s feminist post-punk scene. Backed by a powerful live band, she delivers dark, fuzz-drenched songs that balance raw intensity with poetic depth. Influenced by artists such as PJ Harvey, Whispering Sons, Model/Actriz, and Klô Pelgag, her sound shifts between grunge and folk while remaining deeply personal. Her debut album, L’obscurité, offers a visceral, socially conscious, and dreamlike form of rock that turns every performance into a moment of connection and collective release.
