Originaire de Halifax, Customer Service s’est rapidement imposé comme l’un des groupes les plus actifs de la scène DIY canadienne. Puisant dans l’énergie de l’emo des années 90 et 2000, le quatuor développe un son mélodique et percutant qui lui est propre. Depuis sa nomination parmi les meilleurs nouveaux artistes d’Exclaim! en 2024, le groupe a donné plus de 200 spectacles à travers le Canada et les États-Unis, partageant la scène avec The Dirty Nil et Death from Above 1979.
